I used the napkin technique on these cards...

The Rooster is part of a napkin... the other supplies I used are:
- Sizzlit Die Little Leaves (114511)
- Big Shot Die-Cut Machine (113439)
- Top Note Die (113463)
- Sanded stamp (109294)
- Hostess Level 3 Kind & Caring Thoughts stamp set (115324)
- Refuge and Strength stamp set (115056)
- Chocolate Chip Classic Ink Pad (100908)
- Stamping Sponges (101610)
- Cardstock

  1. Did you just cut and adhere napkins to cards? Do they tear easily once on the card?

  2. Darla,

Sorry, I just saw where you posted this comment. On the card with the rooster napkin I pulled off the back layers of the napkins, then tore the napkin around the rooster image and "distressed" the edges with the Stampin' Up! sponges and chocolate chip Classic ink pad. I adhered it with vellum spray. On the other cards with napkins I, again, pealed off the back layers and sprayed a piece of cardstock with the vellum spray and centered the napkin on it. I then folded the excess edges and used snail adhesive to glue it to the backside of the cardstock. I tried using the saran wrap and iron techinque but it just didn't work that well for me so I decided to use the vellum spray instead. Hope this helps!! Again, sorry for the delayed response!!
